Fitment Help
Most of what goes wrong with an online parts order is fitment, and most of it is avoidable. Ask us first. We would much rather answer a question than process a return.
What we need from you
- Chassis code — G80, F82, G20 and so on. Not the model name: an M3 could be an F80 or a G80 and they share almost nothing.
- Engine code — S58, S55, B58 and so on, plus the generation where it applies.
- Build date — month and year. Mid-year changes are real and they catch people out.
- VIN — optional, and the fastest way for us to be certain.
The B58 generations
The B58 has been through three generations and they are not interchangeable. Parts listed for Gen 1 and Gen 2 do not fit a Gen 3 car. Working out which one you have from the model year alone is not reliable, so if you are ordering a B58 part and you are not certain, ask.
Where fitment is still being confirmed
Where we have not finished verifying a fitment list, the product page says so on the page rather than showing a table that looks more certain than it is. If the part you want carries that notice, message us and we will check the specific car.
Get in touch
Use the contact form, or come by the shop if you are local. Picking up in person means we can check fitment at the counter before the part leaves.
